The rules, rights, and responsibilities that govern use of the LeadCrest platform.
By accessing or using the LeadCrest platform — including submitting a lead inquiry form, creating a contractor account, purchasing a lead, or accessing any LeadCrest website or service — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users: homeowners who submit inquiries, contractors who register and purchase leads, and any third party accessing the site. "You" refers to you as an individual; if you are using LeadCrest on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
LeadCrest operates a lead generation marketplace. We:
LeadCrest is a conduit — we do not guarantee that a lead will result in a completed job, signed contract, or any revenue for the contractor. The outcome of any lead depends entirely on the contractor's outreach, pricing, and service quality.
To purchase leads on LeadCrest, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. LeadCrest is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your password or two-factor authentication secrets.
Contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in their outreach to and service of purchased leads — including licensing requirements, consumer protection laws, and the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule. LeadCrest does not verify contractor licensing or business legitimacy.
Lead purchases are billed on a per-transaction basis at the price shown in the marketplace at the time of checkout. Prices are in US dollars (USD). All payments are processed through Stripe; LeadCrest does not store your card information.
All sales are final unless: (a) the lead is confirmed as invalid (disconnected number, bounce-back email, spam), in which case you receive a platform credit; or (b) a duplicate charge occurs, in which case we issue a refund.
Disputed charges — including chargebacks filed with your bank — may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
LeadCrest reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes apply to new purchases; existing purchased leads are not affected. We will notify registered contractors of significant price changes via email.
When you purchase a lead, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that lead's contact information for the sole purpose of fulfilling the service request submitted by the homeowner.
You may NOT:
LeadCrest retains ownership of all platform data and content. Purchasing a lead does not transfer any ownership of the underlying data — you receive a temporary right to use, not own.
Leads are automatically deleted from our system after 8 days. Contractor purchase records are retained for 2 years. Your own records of purchased lead data are your responsibility.
You may not use the LeadCrest platform or any purchased lead data to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and termination of your access to purchased leads without refund.
Important: LeadCrest provides leads on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that any lead will result in a job, revenue, or positive outcome for the contractor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadCrest, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, notify us immediately at support@leadcrestleads.com. You must not share your login credentials with third parties.
You may not transfer your account to another party or allow a third party to access your account. Each contractor account is for use by a single business entity.
False or misleading information provided during registration may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any purchased leads.
LeadCrest may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered contractors by email at the address on file and post a prominent notice on our website. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice is given. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Non-material changes — including clarifications, corrections, or minor updates — take effect immediately upon posting.
LeadCrest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:
Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any purchase price. Leads already purchased and delivered remain subject to the license terms in Section 5.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@leadcrestleads.com. Account closure does not affect obligations incurred prior to closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms — including disputes about lead purchases, account termination, or data use — shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@leadcrestleads.com and providing a description of the dispute. We will attempt to respond within 14 days. If informal resolution fails, both parties may pursue formal remedies.
